  • DYNAMIC PROCESS:-FLEXIBLE AND IT INVOLVES REVIEW OF STANDARD OF PERFORMANCE
  • CONTROL IS PREVENTIVE MEASURE NOT CURTAILING THE RIGHTS OF THE INDIVIDUAL
  • RELATION BETWEEN PLANNING AND CONTROLLING
