2.       ACQUIRE:-POSITION IS ADVERTISED AND GOES THROUGH SELECTION,ORIENTATION AND INDUCTION. THE COMPANY IS REQUIRED TO FULFILL ALL THE PROMISES WITH THE EMPLOYEE. THE WHOLE IDEA IS TO PREPARE THEM TO PERFORM THEIR BEST BY GIVING THEM CHALLENGING TASKS RIGHT FROM BEGINNING
